To check if fibre is available in your area, visit our Home Page and enter your location in the Check My Coverage field below the coverage map.
Once you’ve confirmed if fibre is available in your area, visit our Offers page and choose the package that best suits your needs. If you’re unsure which package will work best for you, please fill in the Contact Form on the page, and we will gladly contact you to assist.
Once we’ve accepted your order, it will take us between 7 and 10 working days to install and connect your fibre at your home.
To get you connected, we will schedule a visit to your home so that our team can physically connect the fibre optic cables we have already laid outside.
As part of your package, you will receive a pre-configured Wi-Fi-enabled router, which is easy to connect once your fibre is installed. Once this router is connected, you’re good to go!
To check if fibre is available in your area, visit our Home Page and enter your location in the Check My Coverage field below the coverage map.
If there is no coverage for your location, a ‘Waiting List’ pop-up form will appear. Simply fill in your details and submit the form to be added to our waiting list. We are expanding our coverage to new areas all the time, so we will get in touch as soon as fibre is available in your area.
